Question 1

What carpet cleaning method do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use truck-mounted hot water extraction, the industry gold standard. It produces far more heat and suction than portable machines, removing deeply embedded dirt, allergens, and bacteria from the base of the carpet fibers, not just the surface.

Question 2

How long does it take for carpets to dry?

Accepted Answer

Most carpets dry within 1 to 8 hours, depending on carpet type, humidity, and airflow. Our powerful truck-mounted extraction removes more moisture for faster drying.

Question 3

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use eco-friendly cleaning agents that are safe for families, pets, and our technicians, and we clean with soft water for a thorough, residue-free rinse.

Question 4

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve Lake Geneva and all of Walworth County, plus parts of Kenosha County, including Williams Bay, Fontana, Walworth, Elkhorn, Delavan, Twin Lakes, Burlington, and many nearby communities in Wisconsin and northern Illinois.

Question 5

Do you offer a guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every job is backed by a 10-day satisfaction guarantee. If any spots resurface or concerns arise within 10 days, we return at no additional charge.

Question 6

Can you remove pet stains and odors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pet stain and odor removal is one of our specialties. We neutralize odor-causing bacteria at the source and offer tough red-stain treatment as well.
